Visit of Prof. Dr. Naeem Ramzan, UWS, Scotland in CUI Wah Campus

Under SAFE-RH Staff Mobility Program Prof. Dr. Naeem Ramzan, UWS, Scotland visited CUI, Wah Campus on October 25, 2023. Prof. Dr. Ehsan Ullah Munir presented the progress on Maternal and Fetus Monitoring Pilot. During his visit, SAFE-RH CUI Wah presented Demo of Fetus Monitoring Belt, Fetus Doppler and Maternal Health Monitoring. Demo was presented by Dr. Saima Gulzar Ahmed, Muhammad Ali Arif and Noman Naeem. Prof. Naeem appreciated the progress of the CUI Wah team, and the in-house development of Fetus Monitoring Belt and Fetus Doppler by CUI Wah partner of SAFE-RH. A detailed meeting was held between CUI Wah team and Prof. Naeem. In the meeting all team members of CUI SAFE-RH team including Prof. Dr. Ehsan Ullah Munir, Dr. Maaz Rehan, Dr. Tassawar Iqbal, Dr. Saima Gulzar Ahmed, and Dr. Kashif Ayyub participated. The agenda of the meeting was progress of the research and development on pilot, challenges regarding in-house development, financial management of the funds and future work directions and milestones to be achieved.
