Under umbrella of SAFE-RH, one of the partners, the Islamia university of Bahawalpur organized SAFE-RH awareness programme title “Transformation of Traditional Health Provision to Smart Health services for Rural Area” on February 25, 2022 at old camp
All partner universities including the University of the West of Scotland, Université de Lorraine – UL, France, Capital University of Science and Technology Islamabad, COMSATS University Wah Campus, and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur participated in this event physically or online and presented respective PILOT details, status and future plans. The event was very well organized, informative, and productive regarding SAFE-RH awareness.
Dr. Naeem Ramazan (the University of the West of Scotland) – via online link, enlightened about the idea, rationale and scope the Project.
Dr. Dost Muhammad (the Islamia University of Bahawalpur) – started with Welcome note, and presented abstract of Infant Pilot.
Dr. Nayyar Masood (Capital University of Science and Technology Islamabad) – displayed the SAFE-RH project rationale and discussed about technical details, status, challenges and future plans of the Pilot of Elderly People.
Dr. Ehsan Ullah Munir (COMSATS University Wah Campus) – presented technical details, status, challenges and future plans about Maternal and Infant Pilot of the Project.
Mr. Salman Syed (the Islamia University of Bahawalpur) – talked about technical achievement and challenges of the Infant Pilot of the project.
Initiative of the SAFE-RH Project was appreciated by Medical Professionals, Scientists and Academic Community. Few of the highlights can be seen from media coverage of the event.
